CAROLINE COUNTY, MARYLAND — [Approved release date] — United States of America Pageants proudly announces Charlene Inez Arnold as United States of America’s Mrs. Maryland 2027. Having also held the 2026 title, Arnold celebrates her second consecutive year representing Maryland through a platform focused on empowerment, community service, and economic opportunity.
With more than 27 years of experience in the trucking, transportation, and logistics industry, Arnold has dedicated her career to opening doors and creating opportunities for others.
Through her nonprofit organization, DriveHER Foundation, Arnold champions economic mobility by expanding access to Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training and career pathways in transportation. With a goal of training 100 individuals annually, the foundation seeks to help individuals and families pursue sustainable careers, financial independence, and brighter futures for their communities.
As Mrs. Maryland 2027, Arnold hopes to show that empowerment goes beyond inspiration: it means connecting people with the tools, training, and opportunities to transform their lives. Her journey also encourages women to embrace new possibilities at every stage of life.
United States of America Pageants encourages women to pursue their hopes, dreams, goals, and aspirations through confidence, positive self-image, and community service. Its guiding message is to empower women, inspire others, and uplift everyone.
